How to use in your practice:

Separate the bundle. Hold a flame with a match or a lighter to the end of the Palo Santo for 5- 10 seconds.  Extinguish the flame and place the incense in a fireproof container and enjoy. 

To cleanse with Palo Santo:

1. Set your intention: Focus on the energy you wish to release or invite into your space.
2. Open a window or door: Allow any stagnant energy to exit as you prepare to invite positive vibes.
3. Light the Palo Santo stick: Use a match or lighter to ignite the end of the stick until it begins to smolder.
4. Let it burn for a moment: Allow the flame to extinguish naturally, leaving a steady stream of smoke.
5. Move around your space: Waft the smoke around each room, focusing on corners, doorways, and areas where energy may be stagnant.
6. Speak your intentions: Verbally or silently, express gratitude for releasing negative energy and inviting positivity.
7. Extinguish the stick: Once you've completed the cleansing, gently tap the stick on a fireproof surface to extinguish it.
8. Close the ritual: Take a moment to ground yourself and appreciate the newfound sense of clarity and peace in your space.
