What to Expect
Each session includes: • A welcoming introduction and safety overview • Gentle paddling to a peaceful location • An anchored guided meditation • Quiet time for reflection and mindful observation • A relaxed paddle back to shore. No meditation experience is necessary. Beginners are welcome, and you're encouraged to participate in whatever position feels most comfortable—standing, kneeling, sitting, or lying down.
